Women's Basketball Tops North Central 60-53; Concludes 2010 Schedule at 6-2

GREENVILLE, Ill. -- The women's basketball team finished 2010 with an impressive 60-53 win over North Central. Ieisha Adams had a great game leading the Lady Panthers with 18 points followed by Amy Radford and Katelyn Wise pitching in for nine each.

Greenville out-rebounded North Central 57-39 with Adams, Radford and Wise all contributing eight each. Stacey Lawrence chipped in withthree of Greenville's 12 assists on the game. Greenville led at halftime 25-22 and continued with an efficient offense to score 35 second half points.

The women's team ends the 2010 calendar year with a 6-2 record and will receive a well deserved break as their next game is not until Tuesday, Jan. 4, at Spalding University.
