Women's Track and Field Takes 6th at Rose-Hulman Twilight Meet

TERRE HAUTE, Ind.-- The Lady Panther track and field team competed at Rose-Hulman and earned 46 points to finish in 6th place out of the 11 teams that competed. Ali Potthast and Abby Hill recorded second place finishes to lead the Panthers in points.

Potthast finished second in the Javelin with a throw of 28.94m. She also placed seventh in the Hammer Throw with a distance of 33.14m. Potthast added a total of ten points to Greenville's team score.

Hill took second place in the Hammer Throw, with a finals distance of 41.62m. This added 8 points for the Panthers.

Haley Fahnstrom also saw success in the Hammer Throw, finishing third and earning 6 points with her throw of 40.33m. Fahnstrom also took sixth place in the Shot Put after a 8.93m throw.

The 4x400m Relay team finished in 5th place and earned another 4 GC points. The team of Suzanne Ford, Bailey Keim, Lauren Schwaar, and Rachel Renshaw crossed the finish line at 4:34.87.

Taylor Brunner took 4th place in the 100m Hurdles, finishing in 16.24 and adding 5 points to the Panther total.

Stephanie Franco, Maggie McMurtrey, and Iyeesha Deberry also added points for the Panthers in their events,
