Dear Friends of Greenville College,
We are excited about your interest in Greenville College's Global Impact Week! The purpose of Global Impact Week is to bring different missions and world outreach organizations to our campus. We want to make our students aware of different issues going in our world today and provide them with opportunities to get involved. We're excited for you to be a part of this effort!
Please take the time to fill out our Global Impact Week Registration Form. You must complete this by September 1 to confirm your reservation!!
Here is some additional information that you may find helpful:
You will be given a parking pass at registration. Please display it in the window of your car throughout the week to avoid a parking ticket. You will also find a campus map attached to this email to help you navigate our campus.
For those of you who will be arriving on Sunday, September 30th, an orientation meeting will be held at 6:00 pm in the Upper Union. Dinner will be served at this meeting, so come hungry! If you come in another day, please let me know and we will set up a time to meet, discuss your schedule and orient you to campus.
You may set up an informational booth for your organization in our Dining Commons at 8:00 am on Monday, October 1st (or anytime thereafter). This table can stay set up all week and must be taken down before Friday at 4:00 pm. A 6 or 8 foot table will be provided. Along with your promotional materials, you may want to bring a table cloth and extension cord as they will not be provided.
Purchasing a Meal Plan
Representatives will be receiving the faculty/staff discount during Global Impact Week: Breakfast- $4.80, Lunch-$4.50, Dinner- $6.40. Each person will be responsible for paying for their meal at the time of entry. I will be providing a "Faculty/Staff Discount Card" for you in your packets when you arrive. If you need a receipt, the cashier can provide you with one each time. The Dining Commons accepts cash and personal checks. The Dining Commons hours are: Breakfast 7-9 am, Lunch 11-1:45 pm, Dinner 5-7:15 pm. Please note these hours will be a great time to interact with students at your booth as well as share a meal.

Chapel Services are held in the Whitlock Music Center Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:30 am. They are 50 minutes long. Each service will focus on missions and a Christian worldview. We encourage you to attend these services along with our students.
Scheduled Events & Room Reservations
You may attend any of the events during Global Impact Week. These activities serve as additional opportunities to interact with our students. Please feel free to schedule additional meetings and/or activities for your organization. If you need a room reservation for a special activity or meeting, please let me know.
