Dr. Schnautz currently serves as the Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessments in a southern Illinois school system. She is passionate about training new teachers to meet the demands of education.

Dr. Schnautz currently serves as the Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessments in a southern Illinois school system. She is passionate about training new teachers to meet the demands of education. 

Dr. Schnautz has also served in ministry with her husband for the past thirty years. Dr. Schnautz speaks and leads worship at women's events around the nation. She particularly enjoys leading the women's bible study in her home church.

She is the mother of two college aged children. Dr. Schnautz enjoys about music, rodeo, and gardening.
