Job Description

Part time position. Job Description: Looking for a student worker to serve as a teaching assistant. General duties will involve responding to students' daily writing assignments and entering data into D2L for four freshman-level writing courses. All applicants are encouraged to apply regardless of race, sex, gender disability status or academic major. Required Qualifications: Greenville University student of sophomore rank or higher. Ability to respond to student writing for ideas and writing mechanics by giving directive advice and focused editing marks. Comfortable using D2L. Conscientious about entering grades and attendance into D2L in a timely and confidential way. Interest in writing and student success. Growth mindset. Willing to provide training on giving feedback and want the student worker to have an idea of how this experience would help them to grow.
