Library - Group Study Room Reservations

To reserve a Group Study Room on the main floor of the Library, go to RoomWizard and follow the on-screen instructions. (From off-campus, you should email [email protected] to make a reservation.)

  1. Choose the date for the reservation on the calendar. You may need to change the month or year.
  2. Click on the start time for the room you want.
  3. Complete the form. (We reserve the right to cancel reservations that do not include the host's first and last name and email address.)
  4. "Save" the reservation. When the reservation is complete, it should display in red on the calendar.

Please note that reservations cancel automatically fifteen minutes after the reservation start time if you do not touch the "Start" button on the RoomWizard screen next to the study room.
