Ambers, Binder Named to 'Team of the Week'

Senior running back Anthony Ambers (Apple Valley, CA) and senior cornerback James Binder (Stockton, CA) were both recognized for their stellar play in the Panthers 35-7 win against St. Scholastica last Saturday.

D3Football.com named Ambers and Binder to their 'Team of the Week'.

Ambers rushed for 221 yards on 28 attempts and scored the first 4 touchdowns for the Panthers. Binder pulled in 2 interceptions in addition to his 3 tackles. He was also part of the secondary that held the starting quarterback of the Saints to 102 passing yards.

Both players look to build on this success as they host MacMurray College (0-5, 0-2 UMAC). Kickoff is 1PM CST at Francis Field in Greenville, IL.
