"Charlotte's Web" Opens at the Factory Theatre

Charlotte's Web"Charlotte's Web," a charming musical based on the beloved E.B. White children's novel, opens Thursday, April 23 at the Factory Theatre at 7:00 p.m. and runs through Saturday, April 25 at 7:00 p.m.

E.B. White's story about friendship, woven through the tale of a girl named Fern, a pig named Wilbur, a barn spider named Charlotte and a few other barnyard characters, was first published in 1952 and adapted into an animated musical film in 1973.

Directed by Jes Adam, "Charlotte's Web" will run for 3 performances at the Greenville College Factory Theatre. The cast and crew feature members of the Greenville College community and members of the Greenville, Illinois community. The cast includes Chris Borwick, Marti Broomfield, Brittain Monroe and Parker Wray. The crew is comprised of Greenvilel College students Dalton Goodman, Albert Lee, Kendell Scott, Bailey Waters and Heidi Winslow.
