Men's Basketball Drops Fontbonne

GREENVILLE, Ill. -- The men's basketball team exploded for 50 points in the second half as they outdistanced Fontbonne by 15 points in the 84-69 win. Ron Harris posted 23 points on 11-of-15 shooting in the victory.
Greenville shot just 42.9 percent in the first half as they only led by one at the intermission. The second half was a different story as Greenville almost hit two-thirds of its shots in recovering for a 16 point second half advantage.
Alex Mumphard was an offensive star for Greenville with 16 points and four assists. Brian Ehresman tallied 11 assists and five steals. Todd Albertson had a team-high seven rebounds.
The Panthers (13-9, 9-6 SLIAC) have secured a winning regular season record and sit one and a half games behind Westminster for the final SLIAC tournament slot.
