Men's Soccer Drops Match to Missouri Baptist

GREENVILLE, Ill.--The Panthers lost a tough battle to Missouri Baptist, falling 5-2.
The GC goals came from Dusty Knoll and Jacob Krisher at the 13th and 67th minutes respectively. Both were unassisted.
Mo Bap scored four goals in the first half, by Joseph Wonsewith (2), Oscar Rojas, and Greg Kranz. Kranz also scored Missouri Baptist's lone goal in the second half.
"MO Bap was a very talented team," Coach Chris Swift said. "You can't give a team with that much talent anything. All in all though, we competed with them all night."
GC 'keeper, Thomas Crown, made 6 saves in the match.
The team will take on Judson (IL) tomorrow, September 14, at 4:00pm.
