Men's volleyball nipped by Lindenwood (IL)

BELLEVILLE, Ill. --The men's volleyball was handed their first defeat of the young season as they were topped 21-25, 26-24, 25-20, 21-25, 13-15 by Lindenwood on Tuesday.

Greenville totaled 45 kills but were held to an attack percentage of .160, after having 28 errors.

Daniel Bilinski led the Panthers with 14 kills, while Johnny Milabu and Nicolas Bilinski had 11 and nine respectively. Tanner Smith led the team in the assist department with 36, while on the defensive side of the net, Peter Binder produced 11 digs.

Greenville College played its best set by far in the third, having 12 kills and an attack percentage of .250.

The Panthers (5-1) travel to Fontbonne for a match on Wednesday night.
