Panther Soccer Defeated by Wash U

GREENVILE, Ill.-- The Greenville College men took on the Washington University Bears and, despite a valiant effort, fell 1-0.
Wash U scored the game's only goal in the 65th minute when Jack West crossed the ball to Issac White, who shot the ball past GC keeper, Thomas Crown. Crownrecorded 3 saves in the game.
Greenville outshot Wash U 9-7 and maintained possession of the ball for most of the match. GC dominated play and had many opportunities, but could not capitalize.
This game brings the men's record to 4-3. They travel to Georgia and Tennessee this weekend to take on Covenant and Sewanne.
