Panzau, Sievert Claim 2011 NCCAA All-Region Honors

KANSAS CITY, Mo. Greenville College womens soccer standouts Kayla Panzau and Jackie Sievert were named to the NCCAA North Central All-Region Team for their efforts in 2011.

Aside from claiming NCCAA honors, Sievert, a senior midfielder, was also named the 2011 SLIAC Player of the Year. She recorded 23 points on eight goals and seven assists in eight conference games played. She tied for the league lead in points and assists, while finishing tied for third in goals scored.

Panzau, a freshman forward, finished third in the SLIAC in points (38) and notched the top spot in assists with 16. This is the first national award for Panzau.
