GREENVILLE, Ill. -- The volleyball team saw their 13 match winning streak end at the hands of No. 9 Washington University on Tuesday night. Senior Corinne Coon provided much of Greenville's offensive production as she posted nine kills.
Greenville challenged Washington, pushing the Bears to a three point margin in the first set but falling 25-22. The second set was not as generous as the Panthers dropped it 25-9. Greenville rallied to post a 25-19 score in the final set.
Jamie Schollenbruch was the Panthers top defensive producer, picking up 15 digs.
Ellen Lueking totaled 15 assists, and Savannah Sells and Joelle Scholten each tallied three blocks.
