Volleyball on the Brink of History, Tops MacMurray 3-0

GREENVILLE, Ill. - The Greenville volleyball team(18-5, 11-1 SLIAC) rolled past MacMurray College (2-17, 1-9 SLIAC) to pick up their 18th win Friday and moved into position to break the school record for most wins in a season since becoming a member of the NCAA.
The ladies from MacMurray were no match for the enthused Panthers, as Greenville glided to a 25-13, 25-18, 25-10 straight set victory.
Senior Jessica Dothager was simply unstoppable, amassing 11 kills, 1 error, and a kill percentage of .769.
With six matches remaining on the year, the Lady Panthers are approaching uncharted territory as they continue to blow away the competition and position themselves for a deep run in the post season.
Thevolleyball teamwill travel to Jacksonville, Ill.,on Tuesday, Oct. 19, as they battle Illinois College at 7 p.m.
