Women's tennis falls to Messiah

HILTON HEAD, S.C. -- The women's tennis team dropped their match with Messiah on Monday as they picked up wins at No. 4 singles and No. 3 doubles in the 7-2 defeat.
Emily Rauch was a double-winner for Greenville as she battled with teammate Amanda Scott to a 9-7 victory in doubles. She later won a three-set match in singles that came down to a 11-9 tiebreaker.
Gianna Paden lost in No. 6 singles but pushed her opponent to three sets as she fell 10-4 in the tiebreaker.
The Lady Panthers (1-2) face St. Norbert on Tuesday.
