Women's volleyball topped by No. 9 Washington - St. Louis

GREENVILLE, Ill. The womens volleyball team fell short in a three set battle with No. 9 Washington-St. Louis on Wednesday. Savannah Sells accounted for nine and one-half points in the match with eight kills and three block assists.
The set scores were 25-20, 25-17, 25-17.
Jamie Schollenbruch produced a match-high 14 digs, and Felicity Giddings had 21 assists.
Greenville hit at a .152 rate compared to .356 for Washington.
Washington produced 49 digs, and Greenville collected 32 digs.
The Panthers (1-2) travel to Lake Forest for a four-match event on Friday and Saturday.
