Audio Engineering Minor
The Audio Engineering minor is designed to partner with a number of other majors for those interested in music technology - studio recording, live audio, and other aspects of the music industry.
Even as a minor, this is a fully hands-on degree where you work with state-of-the-art gear in classes and through projects. You will be exposed to many of the classes that make up the B.S. Audio Engineering degree! You'll work directly with other degrees programs, aiding performers and bands so that you can practice your craft.
Our “classrooms” are the five recording studios, the 17 station Music Production Lab, the Blackroom (small venue performance space), the Recital Hall, and Smart Center performance spaces, and the touring systems, and all use industry-standard equipment.
Students not only learn their craft, but will integrate Christian values at the core of what they do to present themselves as salt and light professionals in the music industry.
Have questions? We’d love to talk to you!
