We are a digital marketing agency that helps small business brands grow sales on the Amazon platform since 2016 and arelooking for a hard-working, dedicated andambitious person to join our team.

If you have an interest in Internet Marketing (Amazon seller central, branding, e-commerce), then this could be the opportunity you have been looking for. We are fast-growing and LOVE to promote from within.

We will provide paid training for this role. It is a plus if you have e-commerce experience- so please let us know if you have experience there as well. You need a passion to succeed, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.

As a data entry specialist and customer service specialist, you are responsible for researching information and accurately adding details for reporting and should feel comfortable using Google sheets and Excel.

· Proficient use of Google Drive, Sheets, andExcel

Job Skills & Responsibilities:

The candidate must be flexible and be able to multitask across a variety of job duties, including:

· Researching information like emails, keyword research tasks

· Research for content creation ideas using existing SOPs

Ability to create monthly reporting using data for clients using Canva

Update case studies inside Canva- so an eye for creative design is a great bonus

You should be ok with:

Using a Timetracker with screenshot extension

Working about 30 minutes max to check customer messages on weekends

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma

· 2+ Years Experience in Customer service or administrative field preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
