Hall of Fame

Online Registration for the 2012 Hall of Fame Banquet is now closed.

In order for the traditions of the past to benefit the program of the future, the Department of Athletics has established a Greenville College Athletic Hall of Fame. The focal point is a permanent gallery in the lobby of H.J. Long Gymnasium. In addition, each Hall of Fame honoree is presented with a special plaque.

2012 Information

The Greenville College Athletic Hall of Fame selection committee has met and decided upon its 2012 inductees.  The 2012 banquet will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 21, in the Armington Center on the campus of Greenville College.

The 2012 Hall of Fame honorees include -
Thomas W. Young '63 - Athlete Category (Men's Basketball)
Daniel C. Cunningham '71 - Athlete Category (Men's Tennis)
Mark A. Theiss '99 - Athlete Category (Men's Cross Country, Men's Track & Field)
Dr. Robert W. Johnson '68 - Coach Category (Men's and Women's Cross Country, Men's and Women's Track and Field, Men's and Women's Soccer)
Dr. Sharon K. Alger '61  - Meritorious Achievement Category
2001-03 Men's Track and Field Teams - Team Category

The 2012 recipient of the Order of the Orange and Black Award is Matt Reeb '10.
