Raised in Wisconsin, Ms. LaFaye was inspired to become a professor when she worked as a student assistant for an excellent professor at Mankato State University. She began teaching at Plattsburgh State University and was led to Greenville College in 2011. She considers the college her home professionally and spiritually and is blessed to be part of helping students seek and find the best within themselves that God wants them to utilize to make the world a better place.
