Volleyball Remains Undefeated in SLIAC with 3-0 Win Over MacMurray

GREENVILLE, Ill.--Greenville Volleyball earned yet another decisive 3-0 SLIAC win, this time against MacMurray College.
The match was decided in three sets with impressive scores of 25-10, 25-11, and 25-11.
Corinne Coon led the team in both points and kills with 15.5 and 13, respectively. Nicole Schaeffer had 9 points for the Panthers. She had 6 kills, 8 digs, and 2 service aces in her three sets played. Also impressive for GC were Ellen Lueking, with 24 assists, and Joelle Scholten and Savannah Sells, who each earned 6 GC points.
The team had 33 total kills, 8 service aces, and 5 solo blocks in the match.
The team's record is an impressive 17-4 (10-0 SLIAC). GC remains the only team in the SLIAC to remain undefeated in Conference play.
The Lady Panthers will play again on Tuesday, October 15 when they travel to Iowa Wesleyan in hopes of keeping their win streak alive.
