LaShanna (Sha) Farley
Chief Human Resources Officer and President of Kenosis Leadership LLC,

Sha Farley is the Chief Human Resources Officer and President of Kenosis Leadership LLC, a leadership and business consulting practice she founded in 2018.  She is also a Director at Brotherhood Mutual, a for-profit company that provides insurance and risk management resources to ministries.  Sha recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Allvue Systems, a private equity backed SaaS fin-tech firm.  Prior to her role at Allvue, she was the CHRO for Young Life, a 501c3 organization serving 105 countries with the mission of introducing adolescents to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith. 

Sha has more than 25 years of global experience in Human Resources.  She has led teams to build and execute innovative workforce strategies aligned to mission, vision and values.  Before working at Young Life, Sha served in leadership roles in the healthcare, technology and retail sectors for Fortune 100 companies like Walmart and Pfizer.

Sha earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Vanderbilt University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Illinois.  She enjoys travel, high-intensity work-outs, learning and mentoring, reading, serving others, and spending time with family and dear friends.  Sha is committed to living life on mission, something she defines as a life in Christ enriched by generosity.
