If you love music and are passionate about inspiring others, the GU music education program is the perfect choice for you. Students in this program can become certified to teach and supervise music in public schools from kindergarten through the twelfth grade in both instrumental and choral music. Our program empowers future educators to effectively connect with students in today's diverse and evolving cultural landscape.
Music Education attracts musicians, so we want you to know about the ensembles you can be a part of at GU. Marching Band, Jazz Band, Pep Band, Pursuit Worship Bands, GU Choir, and Gospel Choir each offer affinity scholarships! These scholarships range from $500 - $2,00 and are stackable on top of larger scholarship packages.
