What does it cost?

The courses range from $200-$350 for a 3-credit hour course. There are no application or book fees. Some courses require a lab, with an additional credit hour and an additional fee. Once you decide on your course selection you will receive all pricing information prior to registering.

What is included?

The textbooks and other resources are contained in the online learning platform. You will have access to the course modules, including reading material and exams, for the cost of the course. We also offer student assistance if students are struggling with a course.

Admissions requirements

No application is necessary except for biographical information for registering for the courses. We recommend these courses for juniors and seniors in high school, but there is no specific age/grade requirement. There is no test score or minimum GPA required to register.

When can I start?

There is no start date. Whenever you are ready, you can begin! Because courses are self-paced, you can finish them as quickly or as slowly as needed for mastery.

Is it accredited?

Yes! Take these courses as a jumpstart to college credit and you will receive a GU transcript. Courses are fully accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and will transfer to other institutions of higher learning. Online courses at Greenville University provide the same high-quality instruction for which GU has received national recognition.

Are these dual-credit courses?

While we are only offering the college credit transcript, homeschool students can use these courses for dual enrollment, if desired. We can provide a transcript evaluation to recommend which courses the student could use for dual enrollment to finish their state standards for high school graduation. We can also assist you by discussing the dual-enrollment option with high school administrators.
