Katrina Lopez Liss is a dynamic leader with over 17 years of strategic human resources experience in a variety of industries before coming to Greenville University. She currently serves as the Chief Culture and Diversity officer providing leadership to student affairs, academic operations, and human resources teams at Greenville University. She is a versatile, results oriented leader on the executive committee charged with the development and implementation of institutional strategies to improve culture and increase diversity for both the student and employee experience. She has served previously in the roles of Director of HR, Vice President, andChief Culture and Operations officer for Greenville University. She received her BS degree from Ohio Dominican University in Columbus, OH and completed her MBA degree from Greenville University, IL. Katrina is the granddaughter of Cuban immigrants and a foster and adoptive parent with her husband, Daniel, where they live with their four children in Greenville, IL.
