Linda B. Myette

Hello,
I have a long history with both the Free Methodist Church and with Greenville University (College). My parents, uncles, in-laws, and children attended Greenville. I graduated in 1973. My husband and I returned to GC from 1985 to 2000. I worked in the Academic Enrichment Center, where I taught English.

Phil ran the Media Center (precursor to IT). We raised our two children, Rachel and Ben, in Greenville, South Carolina. They both met and married their spouses here. We returned in 2015. I served as Director of Development and then as Vice President for Advancement until my retirement in 2020. We have nine grandchildren who keep my life interesting. I enjoy reading, cooking, entertaining, and traveling.

I graduated from Greenville University (College), 1969-1973, with a BA in English Education.

Indiana University, 1985 - MA in Education 1985
High School teacher for 10 years; College Professor for 11 years, Advancement Professional for 30 years.

I keep coming back to GU because it has had a profoundly significant impact on my life. I appreciate the opportunity to serve and represent the University to internal and external constituents.
