Lisa Sharpe Moon Ed.D, J.D.

BIO BRIEF

"Dr. Lisa" is married to Professor Tony Moon, whom she met at GU. She has three daughters, Caroline, Tessa, and Cadence, and five pets - three cats and two dogs. She loves learning new things, especially the Spanish language, listening to every genre of music, and working out.

EDUCATION

Dr. Lisa is a licensed attorney with a J.D. from Northern Illinois University, a doctorate in higher education leadership from Roosevelt University, and a master's in interdisciplinary arts from Columbia College Chicago. She has been teaching in the digital media field since 1994 and working in legal aid since 2021. She loves mentoring her students and watching them grow into valued colleagues.
