Hi, I’m Tyler Malloy, and I serve as the Assistant Director of Marketing at Greenville University. Before joining GU in 2025, I spent nearly a decade as a campus missionary at the University of Missouri. That experience shaped my heart for students and naturally led me into higher education marketing, where I now help communicate the life-changing opportunities a university can provide.
In my role, I blend creative direction, strategic marketing, and hands-on brand development. Over the years, I’ve worked in both enterprise and university-wide creative environments, building visual systems, refining brand processes, and collaborating with teams to tell compelling stories. I’ve spent a lot of time in the Adobe Creative Suite, creating everything from everyday content to large-scale campaigns. I love strengthening brand identity—making sure that everything from a postcard to a full campaign feels like it belongs to the same story.
A big part of my passion is creating digital and physical pieces that connect with people, and continually improving processes so our team can work more effectively together.
I hold a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, a degree that surprisingly prepared me well for creative problem-solving and structured thinking—skills I use every day in marketing.
A Scripture that grounds my life and work is:
“I eagerly expect and hope that I will in no way be ashamed… For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.” — Philippians 1:20–21
I’m grateful to be at GU, helping share stories that matter and supporting the mission that shapes so many students’ lives.
