The Greenville College Factory Theatre production of "The Fantastiks"

The Greenville College Factory Theatre is at it again with their first show of the new year! This February, the Theatre is proud to announce its winter production: “The Fantasticks”. “The Fantasticks” will hit the stage on Friday, Feb. 5 and will continue Feb. 6, 7, 12, 13, and 14. The show will begin at 7:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and matinees will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sundays. The Factory Theatre is located in the Kelsey Building on Harris Ave. in Greenville, Ill.

The world’s longest-running musical, “The Fantasticks” is a funny and romantic show about a boy, a girl, two fathers and a wall. The narrator, El Gallo, asks the audience to use their imagination and follow him into a world of moonlight and magic. The boy and the girl fall in love, grow apart, and finally find their way back to each other. Between the dynamic musical numbers, elaborate costumes, and the unique set, the cast and crew have prepared a delightful performance for all to enjoy! You won’t want to miss the Factory Theatre’s amazing production of “The Fantasticks”!
