What Are the Professors Like?

I know that the professors I have met are likely to sacrifice their own time to help you with what you need help with. In one experience, one of my professors helped me with homework they did not assign. Before experiencing GU, I heard people say that this quality would be present with the professors, and I have discovered that this is true.

Why is it Important to Have this Quality in a School?

GU is a school made up of approximately 950 students. There are smaller class sizes here compared to that of a large university with about 20,000 students. The size helps the professors to have one-on-one contact with you. Two sources online point to a lot of benefits that can come from a smaller classroom size and one-on-one interaction. Constant communication is present, and teachers are here to offer you the time you need to spend with them.
