Announcing the Assistant Dean of the School of Education

Dr. Brian Reinhard has accepted the position of Assistant Dean of the School of Education. Reinhard will work with assessment data, provide adjunct faculty development, lead the graduate advisors, and assist with all aspects of program review including curriculum development. He will assume these responsibilities on July 1, 2011.

Reinhard is a Greenville College alumnus. He received his Ph.D. in Higher Education from St. Louis University. He has most recently served as Assistant Professor of Spanish and Head Softball Coach. He has held numerous other Panther coaching positions. In all, Reinhard has over 12 years of experience working at Greenville College and 14 years of public school teaching experience.

It is with great excitement that Reinhard accepts this position. "The excitement stems from my long relationship with Greenville College," he says. "I have a strong passion for Greenville College and her success. One of GC's strengths has always been the preparation of quality teachers, and I sincerely want to see that continue."

His strong understanding of faith and learning integration will provide sound leadership as we work with students and faculty at our four off-campus locations," said Dean of the School of Education Vickie Cook.
