Freshman Justin Tilford earns SLIAC player of the week

ST. LOUIS, Mo. -- Justin Tilford, a freshman from Normal, Ill., picked up the SLIAC Men's Tennis Player of the Week honors after picking up four wins on the week.

Tilford notched a pair of wins at #5 singles and #1 doubles action.

He won 6-0, 6-0 in singles against Knox and 6-2, 6-0 against St. Ambrose.

He also teamed up with Nate Wieland as the top doubles team for Greenville, picking up a 8-2 win over Knox and 9-8 win over St. Ambrose.

The Panthers currently stand with an overall record of 3-1.
