GC Wins Big in the ADDY Competition

This past weekend, Digital Media Professor Jessa Wilcoxen and current students John Smith, Beky Smith, and Blake Holderread drove to the Contemporary Art Center (in downtown Peoria, IL) to accept awards at the ADDY Gala.

Greenville College won an outstanding eleven ADDY awards, including Best of Show and two gold's. This is the second year that Greenville College students have entered the competition.

The Peoria Advertising Club hosted this local division of the American Advertising Association ADDY awards. The gold and best of show winners will automatically advance to the Regional competition, which is between Illinois, Indiana and Michigan students.

The AAF Student ADDY Awards Competition is a unique national awards program designed specially for college students. Work entered at your local level can move up to the regional and national judging, just like the work entered by professionals across the country. To be eligible, students must be enrolled full-time or part-time in an accredited U.S. educational institution.
