Gilles leads Greenville as NCCAA national runner up in 400

MARION, Ind. -- The women's track and field team was led by Chelsea Gilles' NCCAA national runner up performance in the 400 meter dash as she led a group of women who finished 10th at the NCCAA national championships.
Gilles currently ranks first among NCAA Division III women's 400 runners.
Three entries secured seventh place marks. They included the 4x200 meter relay team, high jumper Sierah Ruffner, and pole vaulter Rachel Hanna. The 4x200 relay established a new school record.
In addition, the distance medley team was eighth.
The Lady Panthers earned 15 points as a team at the event.
Members of the team will compete on February 26 at Principia as they seek qualifying marks for the NCAA Division III national championships.
