Jon Acuff, Author of “Stuff Christians Like,” to Speak at Greenville College
Published: April 13, 2021
Greenville College welcomes author and speaker Jon Acuff to campus April 12 and 13. With a blog that is read in over 97% of the countries in the world, Acuff has spent the last three years exploring what it means to take ideas to unexpected places. Touring the country as a sought-after speaker, he's worked with everyone from dairy farmers to CEOs of billion-dollar companies to turn ideas into action. And it all started with two words: What if?
What if? Two small words, one great start to a new career. Called "hilarious and insightful" by Group Magazine and featured as a regular contributor on CNN.com, Jon Acuff has a wealth of ideas to share with individuals and companies of all sizes. With two books under his belt, conference keynotes throughout the year, and one of the most popular blogs in the world, he's just getting started.
Acuff will speak twice to the Greenville College campus community. On Tuesday, April 12 at 9:00pm, he will join GC's Sextravaganza focus to share insight from his recent Relevant Magazine article 4 Ways Christians Damage Sex. On Wednesday morning, April 13 at 9:30, Acuff will speak in chapel about vocation.
What if? Ready to explore those two words?
Acuff's visit is sponsored by Greenville College Student Development, GC Student Association, the Department of Leadership and Life Calling, and GC Chapel. Both events are free and open to the public.
