Men's Track Competes in Last Chance Meet at Wisconsin Stevens Point

STEVENS POINT, Wisc.-- Three members of the Greenville College Track and Field team traveled to Wisconsin Stevens Point to compete in the last chance meet. Bruce Gray was the lone GC qualifier for the NCAA Division III Nationals.

Bruce Gray came in first in the 60 Meter Dash, crossing the finish line at 6.82. He will be Greenville's only athlete at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field National Championships on March 9.

Josh Kuusisto came in 3rd in the Weight Throw with a distance of 17.69m. He just missed the qualifying distance of 18.18.

Josh Dees came in 20th in the 800 Meter Run, with a time of 1:58.51.

Gray will travel to Naperville, Ill., this weekend to compete for Greenvillein the NCAA Division III Indoor Nationals.
