Men’s Track & Field: Freshman Fridge Earns SLIAC Honors

ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Greenville College's Erwin Fridge, a freshman from Cahokia, Ill., has been named the SLIAC Men's Field Performer of the Week for the week of April 25-May 1. It marks the second time this season that he has earned the honor.

Fridge finished sixth in the shot put with a mark of 44'9". He also placed seventh in the hammer throw after posting a throw of 144'5" at the SLIAC Invitational held in conjunction with the Illinois College True Blue Open.
