Avery Cole, Vice president of Digital Media, is new to GCSA and has already made her mark by improving advertisement for campus events. Averys artistic hand has been put to work in the form of videos and flyers for events by Greenville Student Outreach, Intercultural Affairs Board, and Campus Activities Board. Public Relations and marketing have played a huge role in the success that Cole has experienced this fall. Other students on the board who have benefited from a communications background are Reed Lape, Taylor Griggs, and Elijaih Tiggs. Lape is the Executive Administrative Assistant; Griggs is VP of the Campus Activities Board, and Tiggs is VP of Student Outreach. Tiggs says, Being in the GCSA cabinet and being a communications major is a very positive attribute to how we work as a team. He goes on to express that lessons learned in class are presented in real life circumstances which have helped them handle different situations well.
