Panther Pride Golf Scramble Scheduled for June 11

The Greenville College Athletic Department will host its annual Panther Pride Golf Scramble on Friday, June 11. This year's event will begin at 7:30 a.m. at Indian Springs Golf Club just outside of VanBurensburg, Ill., on Illinois Route 185. It is being held in conjunction with the Wilson T. Hogue Society reunion weekend.

Each year the Panther Pride Golf Scramble raises funds to benefit Greenville College Athletics and over 325 NCAA Division III student-athletes. NCAA Division III student-athletes do not receive any athletic financial aid or athletic scholarships. With your donations, the Athletic Department addresses various needs, including the further development of facilities.

Interested individuals may participate in the Panther Pride Golf Scramble in a variety of ways. The entry fee is $125 per golfer, or $500 per foursome. The registration fee covers a $50 tax deductible donation, a sleeve of GC Panther logo golf balls, a GC Panther logo golf shoe bag, green and cart fees, a continental breakfast, and a catered lunch. Hole-in-one, team, and individual prizes are also available.

For those who are unable to make it to the event, the Panther Pride Golf Scramble offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities. All sponsorships include signage on the golf course and recognition in the tournament program. The cost of tee and green sponsorships is $125, while corporate sponsorships cost $250. Sponsorships available for $500 include team prizes, individual prizes, and the catered lunch. The continental breakfast may be sponsored for $300.
