Summer RECORD reports on experiential learning during 2021-22 at GU

GU’s summer RECORD, just out, spotlights learning experiences fueled by GU’s donor-funded Experiential Learning Fund. This year, students engaged in “deep learning” that took place in

• restaurants,
• a waste incinerator plant,
• an abbey,
• a toy store,
• The Central Institute for the Deaf,
• a regional Star Wars event (see GU student and sociology scholar Hannah Myers, at right), and more.

Meanwhile back on campus, students learned from master-class opera performers, hands-on science research, and classroom guests
