GREENVILLE UNIVERSITY, REGIONAL OFFICE OF EDUCATION #3 UPDATE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDINGGREENVILLE, IL—An updated agreement between Greenville University and the Regional Office of Education #3 has been renewed to enhance cooperation between the two parties, allowing for a scholarship program aimed at employees of local school districts. This program will support enrollment in GU's online graduate and undergraduate courses.

The Regional Office of Education #3 serves Bond, Christian, Effingham, Fayette, and Montgomery counties in Illinois. These regional offices act as vital support systems for local school districts in collaboration with the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE).

Emily Brooks, Director of Online Admissions at Greenville University, highlighted the significance of this partnership, stating, "This agreement strengthens the relationship between the University and its stakeholders. Our goal is to provide educators with opportunities to advance their careers, empowering them through our acclaimed online programs to achieve greater success in the classroom and beyond."

Employees of the ROE#3 will receive reduced tuition scholarships for the following online programs:

Bachelor of Science Degree Majors:

  • Computer Information Systems
  • Early Childhood Education
  • Elementary Education
  • Organizational Leadership
  • Psychology

Master's Degrees:

  • Master of Science in Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Master of Arts in Education:
    • Coaching
    • Curriculum and Instruction
    • English as a Second Language
    • Special Education
  • Master of Arts in Teaching:
    • Teaching Early Childhood and Elementary Education
    • Teaching Elementary Education

Professional Education Endorsements/Approvals for Teachers:

  • Driver Education
  • Early Childhood Education
  • Early Childhood Special Education approval
  • Elementary Education
  • Special Education
  • Teaching English as a Second Language
