Job Description

If you love reading, cooking, socializing, teaching, this could be the perfect job for you.

We are seeking a dedicated In-Home care Provider to work one-on-one with a 15-year-old boy with intellectual disabilities in a comfortable, home-based setting.

We are looking for someone to help bridge the gap between therapy and real-world application focusing on life skills, social skills, and well being.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with children/teens with a background or focus of study in mental health, social work, teaching, healthcare or therapeutic mentoring.
  • Patient, creative, consistent, and able to build a strong rapport with our child.
  • Reliable and comfortable working within a family’s home environment.
  • Must be 18.
  • Must be willing to take a background check.
  • Have own transportation.

Type of Opportunity: Full Time/Part Time
